Cette liste est bien évidemment marquée par la présence de Craig Breen, ancien pilote officiel Citroën en WRC. Pour cette épreuve, le pilote irlandais sera aux commandes d’une Ford Fiesta R5 et sera logiquement l’immense favori. 

Parmi les R5 présentes, on retrouve des anciens pilotes de l’ERC tels que les frères Moffett et Alastair Fisher, mais aussi du WRC-2 comme Jon Armstrong. Particulièrement performant en France la saison dernière, Garry Jennings sera bien évidemment à surveiller, lui qui a remporté le Galway Rally en 2017 et 2016.
